Frog or Glen from Chrono Trigger at Wekiva Springs State Park.

This costume has been on my list for about 2 years. Happy I was finally able to check it off. Mask is made from Latex, sword is wood, Shield is Plastic, and armor, gloves and boots are leather.

That is the most badass Frog cosplay I have ever seen. You even put a star on the shield. I love it.
